1. Docking Instructions
All businesses of the UKKR platform adopt the official email online docking mode exclusively. There are no active docking channels such as phone calls, WeChat, on-site visits or offline negotiations. Please stay vigilant against fraud. All business consultations, cooperation processing and problem handling shall be completed via the designated official UKKR email addresses.
2. Official Email Addresses for Different Businesses (Exclusive Docking Channels)
2.1 Business Cooperation / Membership Services
Scope of application: Platform settlement, enterprise cooperation, channel agency, membership activation, exclusive membership services, supply-demand business docking, procurement cooperation consultation.

2.2 Social Media Content Submission
Scope of application: Industry information submission, content contribution, column settlement, content cooperation and related matters.

Submission Specifications: The email subject shall be uniformly marked in the format: [Submission + Article Title + Author/Organization]. The platform will complete the review and reply with results via email within 1 to 3 working days.
2.3 Consultation and After-sales Service
Scope of application: Platform usage consultation, account issues, function Q&A, order-related problems, daily after-sales problem feedback.

2.4 Complaint, Infringement and Violation Reporting
Scope of application: Fake merchants, illegal information, infringement and piracy, transaction disputes, platform defects, illegal content reporting, user complaints.

Processing Instructions: Upon receipt of the email feedback, the platform will conduct verification, processing and reply via email within 1 to 3 working days, with full confidentiality of the reporter's information throughout the process.
3. Exclusive Docking Rights for Members
1. Paid platform members enjoy priority review and priority response for email consultations, cooperation applications and after-sales feedback.
2. Exclusive member business issues will be followed up and handled one-on-one by assigned professional docking specialists via email.
3. Non-member users will be processed in regular queues with standard timelines and are not entitled to exclusive docking services.

4. Working Hours and Response Timeline
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (Beijing Time).
2. All emails will be replied to and processed within 1 to 3 working days uniformly.
3. Emails can be sent normally for problem submission during statutory holidays. The platform maintains a manual emergency processing channel for urgent issue docking.
4. All ordinary emails received during holidays will be processed with priority on the first working day after the holiday.
5. Important Notices
1. The platform has no official phone numbers, WeChat accounts or social media accounts. All contact methods other than official email addresses are fake. Please do not trust them and guard against fraud.
2. The platform does not provide on-site inspections, offline negotiations or on-site docking services. All business procedures are completed entirely via online email.
3. All business docking records, communication results and cooperation confirmations are subject exclusively to official email records. No verbal commitments shall be valid.
4. The platform will never collect fees from users through private channels. Any offline or private fee collection behaviors are irrelevant to the platform.
